Elevatools ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information when you use our website and tools at gymflowos.in (the "Service").
Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and authentication tokens when you sign up.
Usage data: tools you use, search queries, conversations with our AI features. We use this to improve the product.
Files you upload: PDFs, images, and pasted text are sent to our AI providers for processing. The original file is not persisted to disk; only the AI-generated summary is stored against your account.
Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google AdSense).
How we use your information
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To personalize results when you build a Finance Digital Twin.
To respond to support requests.
To detect abuse and prevent fraud.
AI processing
Your text inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) via the Emergent Universal LLM proxy for the sole purpose of generating a response.
These providers do not use your data to train their models in the configuration we use.
We do not sell, rent, or share your inputs with advertisers.
Data retention
Chat sessions and document summaries: kept until you delete them or close your account.
Uploaded files: not retained after analysis.
Anonymous analytics: retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Access, export, or delete your data at any time from your Dashboard or by emailing privacy@elevatools.
For users in the EU/UK: you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
For users in California: you have rights under CCPA.
Children
Elevatools is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before taking effect.
